§ 1 Scope
For all deliveries of LINUMO LEINENMANUFAKTUR / Meier und Moser GbR as the operator of www.linumo.de (hereinafter LINUMO LEINENMANUFAKTUR) to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these Terms and Conditions (GTC).
§ 2 Contract

§ 3 Offer and contract conclusion
§ 3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to appoint reserved dar. errors.
§ 3.2 By clicking the button [Order], you place a binding order for the products listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
§4 Revocation right
§ 4.1 Revocation policy: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your revocation right, you must inform us (LINUMO LEINENMANUFAKTUR / Meier und Moser GbR, Murrstr. 13, 70806 Kornwestheim, Germany) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke the contract. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.
You can also fill out and submit the revocation form or another clear declaration electronically on our website www.linumo.de. If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of such revocation.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
§ 4.2 Consequences of revocation: If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. We shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods (freight collect shipments excepted, in which case you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods). You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
§ 4.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. T-shirts with your photo and your name) or are clearly tailored to personal needs or to the delivery of audio or video recordings or software, provided that the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you (e.g. software CDs where the cellophane sleeve has been opened).
§ 4.4 Revocation right: The following statutory provisions on the revocation right shall apply (in deviation from the German revocation right) as agreed with customers from the respective countries:
Belgium, Italy: The revocation period is 14 working days. The customer has to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
France, Great Britain, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland: The revocation period is 7 working days. The customer has to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§ 5 Prices and Returns
§ 5.1 The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
§ 5.2 All deliveries are free of shipping cost within Germany starting with 50EUR of order value. In addition to the stated prices we charge for delivery within the European Union a flat fee of 15EUR per order, for deliveries to the rest of the world flat 25EUR per order. The shipping costs will be communicated to you on the product pages in the shopping cart system and on the order page again.
§ 5.3 For deliveries to non-EU countries additional customs duties, taxes and fees may incur.
§ 6 Delivery
§ 6.1 Delivery is made by Hermes shipping or DHL.
§ 6.2 The delivery of up to 3 days. On possibly different delivery times, we point to the product page.
§ 6.3 We are entitled to partial deliveries and partial services
§ 7 Payment
§ 7.1 Payment is made either money order, CC or through Paypal.
§ 7.2 If the advance payment, we give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment.
§ 7.3 A right to setoff is available to you only when your counterclaims have been legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged in writing by us.
§ 7.4 You may only exercise a lien, if the claims result from the same contract.
§ 8 Retention of title
Until full payment is processed the goods remain our property.

The contract text is stored on our internal systems. The terms and conditions, you can at any time on this page. The order and the GTC will be sent via email. Upon completion of the order, your order for security are no longer accessible over the Internet.
